Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us through our contact page with your order number.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order has shipped.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it says delivered but you don't have it, contact us and we'll sort it out.
