How to request a refund
- Contact us through our contact page within 60 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the email you ordered with.
- We'll confirm your refund within 2 business days. You don't need to send the product back.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
Limits
The guarantee covers one refund per customer and household. Orders placed for resale are not covered.
